SOULASIS Restorative Wellness brings a gentle, restorative wellness experience directly to you.
Designed for those who may be homebound, recovering, aging, experiencing life transitions, or simply in need of a peaceful space to pause and receive, our mobile sessions create an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with rest, presence, and yourself.
Each 60-minute experience is intentionally tailored to the individual and may incorporate Reiki, sound therapy, breathwork, guided meditation, grounding, and deep relaxation. More than a collection of wellness techniques, SOULASIS is about creating a calm, nurturing environment where you can feel supported, present, and at ease.
